For over one hundred and fifty years, Rosa Salva Pastry Shop has preserved the Venetian art of confectionery. In our workshops, the scent of freshly baked shortcrust pastry, the softness of velvety creams, and the golden crispness of puff pastry give life to desserts that tell the story of the city through timeless flavors and traditions.
This is how excellent éclairs, rum babas, fruit tarts, finely decorated cakes, and imaginative creations are born, all made with classic bases: light sponge cake, fragrant puff pastry, and crumbly shortcrust, crafted with the same care as always.
